Packing covers now face tougher demands than simple dust protection. Buyers should check tensile strength, tear resistance, seam quality, UV stability, and water resistance. A cover can look heavy yet fail at the stitched corner. Request batch test records, dimensional tolerances, and traceable material specifications. In practical warehouse trials, load the covered pallet, expose it to sunlight, then inspect cracks, loosened seams, and trapped moisture.
Safety needs equal attention. Covers should remain stable during handling and avoid blocking labels, ventilation points, or lifting access. For food, pharmaceutical, or chemical packaging, confirm the relevant contact, migration, and material safety documentation.
